Today was another day in the 200s, which is good for now.
After the nonsense yesterday, I wasn’t sure how things would play out, but it all seems to be stable for now. I’m thinking that I might still be behind on hydration, so that will be a target for the next 24 hours.
I’m interested in how stress affects my blood sugar, as yesterday and tonight have both been brutal.

Before my midnight stick, I had a protein shake about 30 minutes before the end of the day. It was enough to pop my sugar higher than I wanted. You’ll see that tomorrow. We’ll see what the next day brings, but in the meantime, I’m a lot lower than I was 11 days ago, and I cannot complain.
