Day 0 -The 24 Hour Pony

I am hours away from the beginning of this Glucofort Project.
We checked earlier, and the pills are in the vicinity, and then this whole big silly test I have devised for the sake of science and journalism shall begin.
Today equals Friday, July 16, 2021.

I know that you’re reading it the next day. Hush.
Today’s numbers are as follows:

Midnight 510
Noon 394

I didn’t do much of anything abnormal. I didn’t get to any alcohol tonight. I ate healthier than could be expected.
Once the pills come in, we will officially begin. I’ll probably write more over the weekend and get a good plan down on these posts. I have so much to do now that I’m certain stress will play a role in my blood sugar count, and I have an eye to that as well.
